C\u2019est l\u2019id\u00e9e qui sous-tend la&nbsp;<strong>vie active&nbsp;<\/strong>: faire en sorte que le mouvement fasse naturellement partie de votre routine quotidienne, que vous soyez au travail, \u00e0 la maison ou en d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vie active consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique dans la vie de tous les jours. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement intenses, mais de petites actions coh\u00e9rentes, comme&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prendre les escaliers au lieu de l\u2019ascenseur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se rendre au bureau d\u2019un coll\u00e8gue au lieu de lui envoyer un courriel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faire des \u00e9tirements \u00e0 votre poste de travail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participer \u00e0 une r\u00e9union \u00e0 pied ou se rendre au travail \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Agence de la sant\u00e9 publique du Canada<\/strong>&nbsp;recommande au moins&nbsp;<strong>150 minutes (2,5&nbsp;heures)<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u2019activit\u00e9 a\u00e9robique mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 vigoureuse par semaine.
