Take the First Step: Mental Health Learning on Litmos

Black & McDonald, in partnership with mental health advocate Michael Landsberg, is proud to offer the First Step Program—a series of self-guided mental health modules available on Litmos.

This two-hour program helps build understanding and support for depression and anxiety, whether for yourself or others. Upon completion, employees can earn the B&M Mental Health Advocate Certificate, accredited by the Mood Disorders Society of Canada.

What is the EFAP?

The Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) through TELUS Health is a confidential service that supports employees and their families with a wide range of personal and work-related concerns—such as stress, relationships, parenting, financial or legal issues, and more.
